"A recent testimonial from Peter Foley after gig at Oakleigh RSL - 12th February, 2010"

Just thought I would drop you a line say thanks to you and the boys for another beautiful show on Friday night. It is amazing to me that you can rise to the occasion so often and give so much joy to people despite the real hardships some of you endure in your daily lives. Obviously there wasn't a big crowd the other night but everyone who was there left with a smile on their face and a lot of them didn't arrive in that state You are true Melbourne heroes and there will always be a gig with us anytime you want it.

I'm sure with a bit more lead time we would get a crowd more appropriate to your talents.

Please pass on my thanks to the other boys.

Cheers
Pete

Kingston Harvest Festival - 16th May, 2009

Hi Gary
Tom Orchard here - just a short note to say thanks for a great show!!!!!!
I was doing the stage and security lighting for the Kingston Harvest Festival 16th May.
I haven't seen you guys for many years - you've still got 'IT' - probably more of 'IT' - but you've always had 'IT'!!!!!!!!!
MANY, MANY , MANY, years ago I worked on a couple of tours of Punter to Punter!!
Mostly now it's corporate gigs - not much fun - BRING BACK THE GOOD DAYS!!
That was the best fun at gig for a long time!!
All the very best to you all!!

Cheers
Tom

"A recent testimonial from Peter Foley after gig at Oakleigh Bowling Club - 27/9/08"

Hello Gary
Just a short note to say thanks for a wonderful night on Friday. You and the boys are Melbourne treasures. Great humour, harmonies, playing and a pleasure to deal with. We've been doing these gigs for a while and the beautiful vibe created by you in the room was very special. We would dearly love to have you play again in the not too distant future. Anyway could you please pass on our appreciation to the boys.

Kind regards
Pete and Lyn

"Deb Little at the George Public Bar"

Hello Gary
I was at your gig at the George Public Bar yesterday with my sister and 4yr old neice. I just wanted to thank you all for the great time. Yesterday was the 1st anniversary of our mum's death, so a dose of you guys was just what we needed. Mum came with us to see you lot in the early 90's; can't remember the venue now; she was in the early stages of Alzheimers, and it was fantastic to see her enjoying you all immensely. She even tried to pick up a young barman while we were there, dear poppet. So, we came to see you yesterday in her memory. I purchased your latest CD and it's a ripper. I'll be sending it to Brisbane to a friend of mine who's having a rough trot with depression. I reckon it will give him a good cake and hopefully make him realise that theres good shit to be had still on the planet. I'd be depressed too if I lived in Brisbane.

Anyhoo, if you could pass along my gratitude, I'd be most grateful.

I'll be bringing some more friends along soon.

Cheers
Deb Little
